Standardized Yearly Testing
Its hard to believe its almost that time of year again. By now you should have received your order forms in the mail. Please pay close attention to the deadlines listed on the forms.
We usually group test some time in March or the first part of April. I will not have a test date until February. For the last several years Westmoreland Baptist Church has let us use their church and hopefully we will be able to use it again.
In order to keep our testing service a free service we need parent volunteers. If you would like to volunteer to be a tester or help with testing please contact me. To become a tester you must take a training class administered by Mary Ellen Sullivan, the cost is $18. If you would like to take the class please send me your name and contact info. 2012 Deadlines & Fees
1-10-2012 Subtract $5 early-bird discount if paid in full by this date.
2-10-2012 Add $10 late order fee for orders after this date.
2-29-2012 Order stop date: NO ORDERS accepted 3-1- through 4-30-2012.
4-21-2012 Last day to return completed tests for machine scoring.
5-1-2012 Late private test orders begin.
The Fees are as follows:
Basic cost per test- $35.00
Early bird discount- - 5.00 if paid by 1-10-2012
WVHEA member -10.00
Late order +10.00 if paid after 2-10-2012
If hand scored +8.00 include this fee if you are ordering late.
Private testing +10.00 This fee is separate from the fee the private tester charges.
